The owner of real property has all the rights of ownership, including the right to possess, sell, lease, and enjoy the land. Real property may be classified according to its general use as residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, or special purpose.

When you own real property, you have certain rights that go along with that ownership, including:

Right to possession

Right to control

Right to use and quiet enjoyment

Right to allow others a right to use (licenses and leases)

Right to privacy and to exclude others

Right to disposition or to transfer the property to someone else by selling, gifting or inheritance

Right to use property as collateral through a mortgage

يتمتع مالك العقار بكافة حقوق الملكية، بما في ذلك حق تملك الأرض وبيعها وتأجيرها والتمتع بها. يمكن تصنيف العقارات حسب استخدامها العام إلى سكنية، أو تجارية، أو زراعية، أو صناعية، أو لأغراض خاصة

عندما تمتلك عقارًا، فإن لديك حقوقًا معينة تتوافق مع تلك الملكية، بما في ذلك:

 The creation of real estate registry depends on the real estate survey documents. It represents a real image of the legal transactions of real estate. Therefore, real estate registry is considered as the most significant mechanisms related to regulation of legal and administrative transactions of real estate.

السجل العقاري يعتمد إنشاء السجل العقاري على وثائق المسح العقاري .هو يمثل صورة واقعية للتصرفات القانونية للعقار. لذلك يعتبر السجل العقاري من أهم الآليات المتعلقة بتنظيم التصرفات القانونية التي تتعلق بالعقار.
