التعريف بالمقياس
يعتمد مقياس المصطلحات القانونية على ترجمة المصطلحات باللغة الانجليزية وكذا النصوص القانونية والاجتهادات القضائية بحسب المقاييس المدرسة في السداسي الأول للمستوي الأول لسانس حقوق وذلك من اللغة الأنجليزية إلى اللغة العربية، وذلك لتحفيز الطالب وتشجيعه للاستعانة بالمراجع الأجنبية أثناء قيامه بالبحوث.
The legal terminology course is based on translating terms in English, as well as legal texts and judicial precedents, according to the criteria taught in the first semester of the first level of the Bachelor of Laws, from English to Arabic, in order to motivate and encourage the student to use foreign references while conducting research.
