يتضمن مقياس مصطلحات قانونية أهم المفاهيم القانونية الأساسية لكل مقياس ضمن المقررات الدراسة للسنة الثانية ليسانس مثل القانون المدني وقانون الاجراءات الجزائية وقانون الاجراءات المدنية، كما نجد في هذا المقياس ترجمة لبعض المواد القانونية التي غالبا ما تتضمن تعريفات لأهم المحاور كعقد الاستهلاك، الى جانب كل هذا يكلف الطالب بواجبات منزلية في شكل مفاهيم ومواد قانونية للترجمة لتعويده على استخدام القواميس وحتى الوسائط الإلكترونية النتخصصة في الترجمة، وكذا تعويده على كتابة المفردات وترجمة الكلمات بشكل صحيح، كما يتم الاشارة للمواد القانونية التي يتضمنها كل مصطلح أو مفهوم لتسهيل عملية الوصول والاطلاع عليه.
The legal terminology course covers the most important basic legal concepts for each course in the second year of the bachelor's degree program, such as civil law, criminal procedure law, and civil procedure law. This course includes also translations of some legal materials that often contain definitions of the most important topics, such as consumer contracts. In addition to all this, students are assigned homework in the form of legal concepts and materials to translate in order to accustom them to using dictionaries and even specialized electronic translation tools. It also accustoms them to writing vocabulary and translating words correctly. Reference is also made to the legal materials included in each term or concept to facilitate access and review.
