It's clearly that the real estate book is closely related to the survey of lands and the establishment of real estate registry, because It's based on the real estate cards after the real estate survey. 

It's not handed over to the peoperty owner until after some  investigation is carried out by the survey committes, to investigate the validity of the data related to the survey property.

 This is according with the article to the law decree N 76-63 which includes the establishment of real estate registry, as no one can claim other than the data contained in the real estate book or claim a right in kind unless the right is registered to the real estate card which is established for each property after going through the survey process.

• من الواضح أن الدفتر العقاري وثيق الصلة بمسح الأراضي وإنشاء سجل عقاري ، لأنه يعتمد على البطاقات العقارية بعد المسح العقاري. لا يتم تسليمها إلى مالك العقار إلا بعد إجراء بعض التحقيقات من قبل لجان المسح للتحقق من صحة البيانات المتعلقة بممتلكات المسح. وذلك وفقا للمادة الخاصة بالمرسوم بقانون رقم 76-63 المتضمن إنشاء السجل العقاري ، حيث لا يمكن لأي شخص أن يدعي غير البيانات الواردة في الدفتر العقاري أو المطالبة بحق عيني ما لم يتم تسجيل الحق في البطاقة العقارية التي يتم إنشاؤها لكل عقار بعد الخضوع لعملية المسح.

Public property refers to property owned by the government, rather than by a private individual or a company. It belongs to the public at large. Examples include many parks, streets, sidewalks, libraries, schools, playgrounds that are used regularly by the general public. Public property is property that is dedicated to public use.

Public properties can be broadly divided into two parts- Public utilities and Historical Monuments. Public utilities target the well-being of all citizens, whereas, historical monuments need our preservation and maintenance.

تشير الملكية العامة إلى الممتلكات المملوكة للحكومة ، وليس لفرد أو شركة خاصة. إنه ملك للجمهور بشكل عام. تشمل الأمثلة العديد من المتنزهات والشوارع والأرصفة والمكتبات والمدارس والملاعب التي يستخدمها عامة الناس بانتظام. الملكية العامة هي الممتلكات المخصصة للاستخدام العام.
يمكن تعريفه على أنه أي مكان أو أي شيء يمكن أن يستخدمه جميع الناس. يمكن اعتبار الملكية العامة ملكية مشتركة للجميع. يمكن تقسيم الممتلكات العامة إلى قسمين - المرافق العامة والآثار التاريخية. تستهدف المرافق العامة رفاهية جميع المواطنين ، في حين أن الآثار التاريخية تحتاج إلى الحفاظ عليها وصيانتها.
