It's clearly that the real estate book is closely related to the survey of lands and the establishment of real estate registry, because It's based on the real estate cards after the real estate survey.
It's not handed over to the peoperty owner until after some investigation is carried out by the survey committes, to investigate the validity of the data related to the survey property.
This is according with the article to the law decree N 76-63 which includes the establishment of real estate registry, as no one can claim other than the data contained in the real estate book or claim a right in kind unless the right is registered to the real estate card which is established for each property after going through the survey process.

- من الواضح أن الدفتر العقاري وثيق الصلة بمسح الأراضي وإنشاء سجل عقاري ، لأنه يعتمد على البطاقات العقارية بعد المسح العقاري. لا يتم تسليمها إلى مالك العقار إلا بعد إجراء بعض التحقيقات من قبل لجان المسح للتحقق من صحة البيانات المتعلقة بممتلكات المسح. وذلك وفقا للمادة الخاصة بالمرسوم بقانون رقم 76-63 المتضمن إنشاء السجل العقاري ، حيث لا يمكن لأي شخص أن يدعي غير البيانات الواردة في الدفتر العقاري أو المطالبة بحق عيني ما لم يتم تسجيل الحق في البطاقة العقارية التي يتم إنشاؤها لكل عقار بعد الخضوع لعملية المسح.
